DIRECTOR'S NOTES

SS2 in Southend has long been a home for some of our favourite live session shoots and we were lucky to be able to capture live performances for The Voice winner Ruti Olajugbagbe there.

It was a time where live gigs weren't happening due to the pandemic and just being in the space, capturing her raw talent felt like a gift after not working on anything remotely musical for half a year. The half hour performance premiered on DICE and features her singles 'Racing Cars' and 'Daylight'.
